MATERIAL MATTERS
The materials chosen were done with care to respect the context especially the Stretford Public Hall. For this purpose mainly red bricks are used. Concrete floors are used to serve as thermal mass for ventilation purposes. Glass bricks are used as an idea where the 'old brick is demolished but developed further'.
