The Stretford Public Hall site is a place with much historical significance, with the hall being a grade II listed building. The site includes the subway space, part behind the public hall and the car park situated next to it.The site is located close to major roads such as Chester road, Kingsway and Edge Lane. It also has key view points into the roads. Following this certain site studies were undertaken.
